
Method of Payment
We accept all
major credit cards including American Express, Discover, Visa, and
Master Card. We also accept money orders, business and personal
checks. If you wish to
pay by check or money order then please contact the customer service
department at (800) 313-PACK (7225) to place your order. Remember to allow enough time (approximately 2 to 4 business
days) for bank clearance before your order will be shipped.

Our
shopping cart is built with anti-fraud protection. Sometimes the
card will be declined because of an address miss -match or for other
reasons. Please contact us if you are encountering problems with the
shopping cart and we will do all we can to assist you in placing
your order.

Please allow 7-10 days for delivery.
We ship via UPS and Fed Ex which charges by the weight
of the package. Please note that extra large/heavy boxes (many disaster kits
and cases/pallets of food and emergency water etc.) will be charged an
additional fee without prior notification after your order confirmation. The
modified amount will be shown in the second e-mail to you with your tracking
number. We do offer delivery services in some areas for large quantities.

Non-Delivered Orders:
Should a package be refused or returned to us
unopened, the customer shall be charged a restocking fee of 20% of the order
amount and/ or pay shipping cost to re-ship the order
Freight Damage:
Every effort is made to ensure that your order will arrive safely after it
leaves us. Please inspect your shipment thoroughly upon receipt for any damage.
Any visual carton damage or breakage observed must be noted on the delivery
receipt as "Damaged Package(s)" before signing. Make all claims directly with
the carrier. For freight truck deliveries, ask the driver for an "exception
number" prior to his departure. We will make sure all damaged articles are
replaced in an expedient manner. Failure to make a claim within 24 hours of
receipt with carrier will result in denial of claim
